I am an abnormally structured person, as artists go. I view each design as an evolving puzzle. I start by sketching designs on graph paper to work out the proportion, and proceed to draft plans to scale, sometimes working practice parts as I go. This is how I achieve the consistency of my components, which is required for their assembly. This development process is the true love of my work, although seeing the end result is quite gratifying as well.

The true love of my life, my husband Corey, is responsible for this happening. His financial support has allowed me the time to develop my work, but more importantly, his spiritual support helps me have the confidence to live my dream. Everyone should be so lucky to share such love.

I work in my home studio in Mesa, AZ, with my faithful dog “Lasso” always at my side. My stuffed “Figment” dragon sits on my workbench, forever reminding me of the power of ones imagination. The beauty of the Southwestern terrain continually inspires me; such a drastic difference to my New England roots. I now know the meaning of “purple mountain’s majesty”
